Two parties, two jobs

This website (ALN DEV) shows the catalogue and lets you build a basket. Payment and delivery happen on Tebex Checkout, run by Tebex Limited, which is the controller of the personal data it collects when you pay. Tebex's own privacy policy covers that part. This page covers what happens on our site.

What happens on this site

• Your basket. When you add a script, an anonymous Tebex basket ID is stored in your browser (local storage) so the cart survives a reload. It contains no personal details, and you can clear it from your browser at any time.
• Login with FiveM. If you choose to log in, Tebex links your FiveM username to your basket so the purchase can be delivered. We read that username to show it in the menu and in your cart.
• Your avatar. To show your picture next to your name, our server looks up your public profile on the Cfx.re forum, and your browser then loads the image from there. That means Cfx.re can see your IP address when the image is requested.
• Technical logs. The hosting provider that serves this site may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and requested page) for security and reliability.

We do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not set tracking cookies.

What Tebex collects when you pay

According to its policy, Tebex processes identity and contact data (name, username, email, billing details), transaction data, technical data such as IP address and device, and account data such as order history. It uses this to take payment, deliver your order, prevent fraud and meet tax and legal duties. Basic customer and transaction records can be kept for up to 10 years for tax purposes. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the UK GDPR) you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, and object to how it is used.

• For data held by Tebex (payments, orders), contact Tebex at support@tebex.io.
• You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.

Changes

If we add anything that changes the picture above, such as analytics, we will update this page before it goes live.
